Changing customer contact information
To change any customer contact information we will need to go to Customer-Inquire/Edit customer.
Pull up the account you wish to change. Remember that for editing their information we will need to be in the lower section. Under the Heading in the upper left we can change the Occupant and Co-Occupant names. Remember in this area they should be entered in Last name-comma-space-First name. This will ensure that on the billing documents that the names display properly.
Next is the contact Information heading. phone numbers and email addresses. In the mobile section you can label the phone number with contacts name.
The final section is Billing Location and Alternate Billing location. First there is the Send bill to both. This only refers to which of the mailing address or both that wish the printed bill to go to. Once this information is updated remember to press the save button on the upper right of the page.
